GETTING STARTED

After signing up and completing SMS onboarding, your AI will deliver your first briefing the next morning at 7:30 AM (or your chosen time). Connect your calendar and email during setup for best results.

Google Calendar and Gmail are recommended for the richest briefings. You can also connect Linear, Notion, or add tasks manually. All connections are read-only.

NOTIFICATIONS & SMS

Yes — simply reply to any message from your AI. Common commands like “STOP”, “START”, “HELP”, or natural language (“move my meeting”) are supported. Message rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Text STOP to 88901, or go to Settings → SMS and toggle it off. You can always re-enable by texting START or flipping the switch back on.

Check your phone’s Do Not Disturb / Focus mode, or verify SMS is still enabled in Settings. You can always view the full briefing instantly inside the dashboard and app.

ACCOUNT & BILLING

Go to Settings → Account. You can downgrade or cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period. Pro users enjoy priority support.

Yes. From Settings you can request a full data export (JSON + Markdown). Permanent deletion is available in the Danger Zone and processes within 30 days per our privacy policy.

AI FEATURES & COMMANDS

Almost anything natural: reschedule meetings, summarize emails, block focus time, get prep for an event, add tasks, or ask “what should I focus on today?”. The more context you give, the better the results.

Yes. Briefings and critical alerts are delivered via SMS so they reach you anywhere. Many actions are queued and executed the moment connectivity returns.
